° Delete your 36T Health account
Last updated 4 August 2026
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in seconds, without asking anyone. It is permanent and there is no charge.
Where your data actually is. 36T Health has no server of its own. It talks to a 36T Health server that you, or whoever invited you, runs — and that is where your data lives. So deletion happens on your server, not with the people who publish the app. Every route below does exactly that.
The fastest way: in the app
Works on every server, and takes effect at once.
- Open 36T Health and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm with your password.
Your data is erased immediately and you are returned to the sign-in screen. We ask for the password again because there is no undo.
If you have uninstalled the app: use a browser
Your server runs the same app as a website. Open:
https://<your-server>/settings?tab=account
…then sign in and use Delete account, exactly as above.
If you do not know your server's address, it is the site the invite link you were sent points at, and it is also shown in the app under Settings → Account → Server. If the app is already gone from your phone, ask the person who invited you — they set the server up.
If your server is the one operated by 36T Solutions GmbH, that address is https://fit.36t.solutions/settings?tab=account.
If you cannot sign in
There is no self-serve password reset — 36T Health is invite-only, and an administrator on your server resets passwords. So this is the one case that needs a person:
Contact whoever runs your server, which is normally whoever invited you. They can reset your password so you can delete the account yourself, or delete it for you.
If your server is the one operated by 36T Solutions GmbH, write to info@36t.solutions from the address your account is registered under, so we can confirm it is you. Include the word "delete". We will confirm, delete, and email you when it is done — within a few days, and always within 30 days of a verified request, as GDPR requires.
What gets deleted
Everything belonging to your account, permanently:
- The account itself — email address, display name and password hash.
- Your athlete profile — age, height, sex, goals, background, equipment, injuries, race goals and focuses.
- All health and fitness data — activities, daily wellness, sleep, heart rate and heart-rate variability, Body Battery, stress, steps, personal records, race predictions and badges.
- Everything you entered yourself — weigh-ins, blood pressure, pain and injury reports, and logged repetitions.
- Your stored credentials — your Garmin sign-in and session, your AI provider API key, and any Mealie token.
- Your challenge memberships, scores, reactions and comments.
- Your conversations with the AI coach, and the plans and briefings generated for you.
- Any paired watch, and its access token.
- All login sessions.
This cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no archived copy. If you want to keep your training history, export it before you delete — ask whoever runs your server.
What is kept, and why
- A challenge you started that other people joined. The challenge itself survives, because deleting it would erase every other member's scores and comments along with yours. Your membership, your scores and everything you wrote in it are removed, and the challenge is left with no owner — nothing of yours stays attached to it.
- Server access logs — ordinary web-server records containing IP addresses and timestamps, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, and not linked to your profile or health data once the account is gone.
Nothing else is retained. There is no shadow copy, no anonymised profile, and your data is never used to train a model.
Your data at other services
Deleting your 36T Health account removes your data from your 36T Health server and revokes its stored access to your Garmin account. It does not delete anything held by Garmin itself, nor anything held by the AI provider whose API key you configured. To remove those, contact those services directly.
