A request from the website becomes a lead, the quote is accepted online and becomes the order, one click creates the invoice and the payment is matched to it. The order-to-cash list shows at any time what is ready to invoice, what is invoiced and what is paid.
New transactions arrive from the bank automatically, Odoo suggests the matching invoice, all clear matches are reconciled in one step and rules post the rest, until the bank and the books agree.
Before the period is closed, checks find what is missing, the advance VAT return figures are filled in, the ELSTER file is created for upload and the tax office's debit is matched automatically.
A task moves from the backlog into the sprint, the timer records the hours in the weekly timesheet, the customer approves the result in the portal and the hours are invoiced by effort.
A tenant reports water damage in the portal, the office assigns the caretaker, he closes the job on his phone with photos and a signature, and the tenant is told it is done.
The driver's departure check finds a damaged tyre, the bus is blocked automatically, dispatch swaps the bus on the shift with two clicks, and the workshop repair and its cost are booked to the vehicle.
