Capacity
Every plan includes one capacity unit: enough for a small team working normally. When more people work at the same time, you add another. Technically it is an Odoo worker.
This is not a per-user charge: someone who rarely logs in costs nothing. You pay for what runs at the same time.
Each additional unit €20 per month
Storage
Every plan includes 20 GB. If you need more, you add blocks of 50 GB, reserved for you whether you fill them or not.
Reserved storage cannot be reduced again later. That is how the technology underneath works, which is why we say it up front.

Staging environment
A copy of your system where you try changes before they go live: a new module, an update, a customisation.
Premium comes with one. Every other plan can add one, or several if needed.

Where it runs
Base runs on a shared machine: several customers on it, but never a shared database. On Plus you can choose one of your own, and Premium always runs on its own.
Your own machine means no neighbours and hardware cut to your capacity. Capacity costs the same there as it does on the shared machine, and the machine itself is a flat surcharge on top.

Common questions
- Do I pay per user?
- No. Twenty people cost the same as two, as long as they are not all working at once. You pay for capacity, not headcount: someone who rarely logs in costs nothing.
- What does support cost?
- There is no support plan. Help is bought as hours: as an hour package for a year, at a lower rate the larger it is, or on demand. Customers buy packages in the portal; ask us for the rates.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, at the end of the current month. Your data comes with you as a standard Odoo backup, restorable into any other Odoo.
- Who can read my data?
- We hold administrative access, because without it we could restore nothing and fix nothing, and use it for operation, support and security. What else applies is in our data processing agreement.
- Do you upgrade to new Odoo versions?
- Not automatically. A version change is a project when there is a reason for one. In exchange, your system never changes overnight.
- Can I look at it first?
- Yes. Create an account and start a demo, no card needed. It runs for a limited time and is deleted afterwards.
- When do I need a second capacity unit?
- When several people are consistently working at the same time and the system gets noticeably slower. You can add one at any time, and take it away again.
