The people behind 36T
36T Solutions GmbH is based in Schorndorf near Stuttgart. We implement Odoo Community for small and mid-sized companies, complement it with open-source tools and run it in the EU, together with our development team in Brazil.
36T is young. The experience of the people behind it is not: years in German industry, in consulting and in ERP implementations.
Why 36T exists
We come from the German automotive industry. There we saw how much work, even in large corporations, still lives in spreadsheets, and we digitalised processes ourselves, often without an IT department behind us.
If corporations work like that, what does it look like in small and mid-sized companies? They lack IT staff and budget, and every new piece of software comes with another licence. That is why 36T exists: to give these companies more IT for lower fixed costs, so that money is left for the development that makes them grow.
We see ourselves as the IT department these companies do not have. Odoo is our focus, but we take on whatever IT needs come up, and we stay after the project is done.
Independent by choice
We used to be an Odoo partner and left on purpose. We want to choose the right tool for each client, with or without a licence, and no vendor commission should influence what we recommend.
For small and mid-sized companies that is usually Odoo Community and open source. For enterprise departments it is sometimes Microsoft 365, when that is what they already have.

Renan Ferreira
Founder, managing director and technical lead
A mechanical engineer who spent years in German industry and consulting. He owns the solution architecture and the technical decisions, and asks the uncomfortable questions before anything is decided.
Andras Roman
Co-founder, sales and client relations
Like Renan, he comes from the automotive industry. He holds the first conversations, accompanies clients through their project and remains their point of contact afterwards.
Victor Nishiguchi
Partner and lead developer
Started in Excel consulting, went through ERP implementations and now develops on Odoo. He knows the road from spreadsheet to ERP because he has seen it from both sides, and leads project development.
Rafael Ferreira
Partner, operations and projects
Runs internal operations, such as finance, accounting and HR, and develops client projects. He keeps the business running while the projects move forward.
